Cancellation Request

You may request order cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Processing & Production Orders

Once an order has entered fulfillment preparation, production, or customization, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For customized products, including custom sizes, colors, personalized designs, or special production requests, orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are prepared according to confirmed quantities and production schedules. Once processing or production has started, wholesale orders cannot be cancelled.

30-Day Return & Exchange

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days after you receive your order.
Please contact our support team before returning any item and provide your order information and reason for the request.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, tags, and included materials.
All returned products will be inspected before replacement or refund processing.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs and related fees depend on the reason for return.
If the issue is caused by an incorrect item, missing accessories, or confirmed product defects, ixcos will cover the related costs or provide a replacement.

For returns caused by customer preference, incorrect selection of size/color/model, or other personal reasons, return shipping costs, applicable taxes, and fees may be the customer's responsibility.

Customized Products

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue or an error caused by ixcos.
