How to Measure Yourself

For the best fit, please take your measurements carefully before choosing your size. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it close to your body without pulling too tight.

1. Height

Measure from the top of your head to the floor while standing straight with your feet together.

2. Chest / Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping the measuring tape horizontal and under your arms.

3. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, usually the narrowest part of your waist. Keep the tape comfortably loose.

4. Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks while standing naturally.

5. Sleeve Length / Arm Length

Measure from the shoulder point (where the shoulder meets the arm) to the wrist or desired sleeve length.

6. Inseam

Measure from the crotch point down to the bottom of the leg or your desired pants length.

7. Foot Length

Stand barefoot on a flat surface and measure from the heel to the longest toe. Take measurements multiple times and use the average value.

Size Selection Tips

• If your measurements are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

• For the best results, measure yourself while wearing light clothing.
